Fedocal can send email reminders automatically. We use those to create threads like this one: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/fedocal-reminder-meeting-council-meeting-2021-04-01/28494. You'll note that that thread subject contains the date, but I had to edit that in manually, The original message does not, resulting in subject lines that are the same every week.

It would be very nice if Fedocal could include the date in the subject line.
