We should be able to de-activate calendar.

This would simply not have them show up in the front page and the menu.

Eventually we want an alternative front page showing only the de-activated calendars. Links would remain active.

For example the Flock2013 calendar could be de-activate after flock 2013 and though the link remain valid, it would not show up in the menu or the front page.
