Award a badge for using git bisect to find a commit causing a bug. I can't think of a way to automate this award, but it seems like a skill we would want to encourage people to learn.

While the skill is really useful, I cannot think of a straight forward way to detect a git bisect since this will happen on contributor's personal machine. Unless we could think of some way for this detection, I don't see a way to award the badge at the moment.
