What the badge should be granted for:
Testing bodhi update and giving "-1" (Not work for me) comment with proper reason is very important. It helps in not pushing unstable updates.

Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
"You tested both update and given negative karma"

Anything else we need to know:
Nope

There is already badge for this, https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/stop-that-update!

Ah, the badges are slightly different. The 'stop-that-update' badge is given for submitting negative karma "while the badge is being pushed" (in between testing and stable)
