we have this basic idea in mind already but it's waiting on fedmsg bugzilla integration. I think this ticket isn't providing any value as things stand, so I'm going to close it - it'd be great to have detailed tickets (one per badge) for the particular badges we could have, though, if you want to file those! (ideal is to provide a yaml file from the badge generator or at least a pseudo-yaml with name, description fields and an artwork idea). I'm gonna be writing up badge proposal guides and stuff later tonight :)
