On Friday, I was teaching @sanqui how to use fedpkg and I told him several times: Let's see, you should get a badge for that. But it was not there. I waited couple fo days but it still not there.

• @sanqui built the package in Koji, but no If you build it... (Koji Success I) was awarded
• @sanqui submitted an update with the Review Request bugzilla bug number attached, but no Take this and call me in the morning was awarded
• the update was pushed to testing but @sanqui was not awarded the Is this thing on? (Updates-Testing I) badge

Other user are getting those badges. What's wrong? Thanks.
