Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
- "You baked a dozen cookies to say thank you!"

Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is
awarded for certain kinds of activities:

1) What are those activities?
- Providing cookies as IRC thank-yous.

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans?
users? sponsors?)
- Any FAS account holder with a linked IRC account

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
- Users provide cookies in the form of username++ on IRC as a way to say "thank you" for some helpful activity.

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)
- It varies from person to person.

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console?
by using a web interface?)
- By talking in IRC

Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?
- A Badger holding a tray of cookies wearing a baker's hat

Additional information: We already have badges for receiving cookies, but I think it would be nice to also encourage people to give them too. Few things are as beneficial to the Friends foundation as providing positive feedback.

I was thinking we could do this as a series starting at 13 (A "baker's dozen"), with further milestones at 24, 48 and 144.
