Closed: pushed 6 years ago Opened 6 years ago by sumantrom.

Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
-F27 Release Party Organizer Badge

Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is
awarded for certain kinds of activities:

1) What are those activities?
-We have a bunch of release parties coming up and it wll be awesome to have release part organizer badges. 18 December 2017 be the deadline .

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans?
users? sponsors?)
- Fedora Ambassdors and Contributors

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
-To Celebrate F27 Release

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)
-Once every year

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console?
by using a web interface?)
-

Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?

I'm blocked on the same issue here as in this comment in #570. The files must live somewhere, but I need @pingou's help to find them after the repo name change (Fedora-Badges => fedora-badges).

Otherwise, if a designer can re-upload the artwork, I can push this faster.

@jflory7 fixed, it was an issue server side then about removing /files in the URL (so I edited the comments to do so)

:scream: I want this badge, what is the correct process to earn it?

I already organize a release party: https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/fedora-27-release-mexico-city/

@bt0dotninja we need to figure out, who has rights to award this badge. So far I don't that it's ever been awarded. https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/lets-have-a-party-fedora-27

Maybe @jflory7 knows something?
