Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
You contributed to Flock 2018, the Fedora Contributor Conference, as a speaker, organizer, or helper and made it a success.
This badge is replacing the old (retired in 2016) speakers badge and the organizers badge for Flock.
Please prepare one for both 2017 and 2018 as we will be doing a retroactive award for 2017.
Possible artwork concept: take name tag from old organizer badge and stick it on a panda (or badger)

@riecatnor @bex what do you think about something like this?
I find the year very small.
Some changes after comments and discussion with @riecatnor:
@mleonova I think the year placement looks better! I know we are on a time crunch so I grabbed the files and made a few more tweaks to the design. Thoughts? @bex @churchyard
I like that he's happier now :)
I like the bigger flock logo on https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/631#comment-524958 I like the happier expression in https://pagure.io/fedora-badges/issue/631#comment-524965
I'd be happy with both, happier if we combine those. How about this?
@churchyard Looks good to me! Setting to approved
