- Your impact was felt, Fedora wouldn't be the same without you!

Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this badge is
awarded for certain kinds of activities:

1) What are those activities?
- A badge needs to be created for the Fedora Contributor Recognition Program. This is important as we will be announcing the winners at Flock 2025.

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans?
users? sponsors?)

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
- It is important to recognize contributors who have left a mark on Fedora. Nominations play a key role because many of these contributors are known by others within the project, who can nominate them. This allows us to celebrate their achievements and contributions to Fedora no matter how small.

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)
- Per Year.

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console?
by using a web interface?)
- By nomination every year.

Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?

just adding a few small details:
- this badge will be for the top 3 winners of the Recognition Program https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Contributor_Recognition_Program_2025
- we will award the badge manually to the winners
- for the description I would suggest: "You went above and beyond – thank you for all you do in Fedora"

The artwork could feature a golden star to symbolize recognition, and maybe also a celebratory design that reflects the contributor’s impact on the community. I’ll leave it up to @nekonya3 or @chris (if available)
