Hi, I'd like to request an updated FrOSCon badge for FrOSCon 20 happening in August 2025

1) What are those activities?
Fedora booth planned for FrOSCon 2025

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans?
users? sponsors?)
Booth staff, at least: @bookwar @py0xc3 @jbley

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
We are awarding badge to conference participants.

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)
It is a two-day event in August 2025: 2025-08-16 - 2025-08-17

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console?
by using a web interface?)
The badge will be available as a QR code at the conference booth at the event

6) Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?
Reusing graphics from past events will be totally fine.

The template uses frog from as frog is official logo of the event

I believe the badges are mostly maintained by the Design team which logs their tickets in gitlab. I'll create a ticket there this week (until June 13)

Well, my skills are rarely limited but I tried something based on template from 2017.

Who can push? How to get a link to approve visitors? The event is already ongoing.

I have the permissions to push and modify stuff but I've never done it, I'm happy to do it this time but could someone point me to the procedure docs?
