#29 Installer can't reuse snapshots, even when read-writeable

blivet: snapshot of home can't be used in a new installation
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1885102

Summary: anaconda/blivet won't allow the user to assign a subvolume snapshot, even when rw, to a mountpoint. This means a rolledback or restored "home" subvolume can't be reused.

It seems like blivet might be allowing subvolumes, but not subvolume snapshots, for reuse. Whereas it should allow any subvolume that is read-write capable, and disallow if it's read-only (as a subvolume can be set read-only, even if it's not a subvolume snapshot).
