I am adding a new transaction which was made due to Fedora Loves Python Brochures

One change needed. Please use a period (decimal point) as the separator for dollars and cents. The comma, as used with CZK and EUR, is not appropriate for USD and breaks the ledger :)

Otherwise - LGTM! Thank you.
