#1 Preload the accessibility stack

While attending @tyrylu and @vpolasek's talk about accessibility in Linux distributions, it was pointed out that Fedora Budgie is missing the accessibility stack. We should make sure it's shipped and configured.

I'd like further clarity on what packages / software is desired to be added.

This might be as simple as adding Orca to the budgie-desktop comps group like I did in the kde-desktop group for F39: https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/893

Beyond that, I don't know.

Adding orca package should be enough. I will be happy to help you test that out.

To make that happen, you will have to make a PR to the comps to add Orca to the "right" place for all releases: https://pagure.io/fedora-comps

Then we'll sync that for the Atomic variant once merged.

It is here: https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/938

This has been taken care of now for F40+, so I'm closing this.
