This isn't really a major issue, but I think it could be confusing for new users. I just created a pull request for the tests/clang repo[1]. The PR id is 3, and it looks like the triggered simple-koji-ci job built new packages using PR id 3 from the rpms/clang repo[2] instead.

It seems like the easiest solution might be to just disable simple-koji-ci for PRs in the tests/ namespace.
