It looks like we are hitting the network issue again.

We have several jobs in the queue and the builds are taking longer than usually to run.

the queue has currently 197 items.

@jimbair @bstinson @bookwar we are having the issue again...

I've disabled the trigger for scratch builds: https://jenkins-continuous-infra.apps.ci.centos.org/view/Fedora%20All%20Packages%20Pipeline/job/fedora-task-pipeline-trigger/

I'm enabling the scratch build trigger again.

It seems good now
