Issue #136: Build trigger was broken since Jenkins POD restarted - general

It looks like after latest POD restart it corrupted the directory of build trigger jobs.

restarted on: "Terminated at Aug 26, 2020 7:09:06 PM with exit code 137 (Error)"

Build trigger job was failing with:

stderr: fatal: Unable to create '/var/lib/jenkins/jobs/fedora-build-pipeline-trigger/workspace@script/.git/index.lock': File exists.

I've removed this file and the trigger is now working.

I've restarted the tests for few builds. I think there is nothing else we can do right now.
