This is a known incompatibility between the old and the new cluster. If needed, Testing Farm can provide more resources for running tests.
Support for provision.fmf on the new cluster is not planed (AFAIK).

we have a workaround for this issue, we can just use larger instance types by default for now. Should I do it @msrb? Like raising RAM to 4GB by default ...
To solve this properly, so user can adjust this property of the test environment I would opt for waiting for proper support of that in TMT:

@mvadkert I think we are fine now. No need to do anything. I just created this issue so I can reference it when announcing that we moved functional non-pr testing to the new cluster + testing farm.
