Currently when Fedora CI creates an scratch build the PR flag for it points to a jenkins job.

It would be better if the link would point to koji task, like simple-koji-ci does.

ex: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pgaudit/pull-request/4

Pointing do koji task should make easier to understand what failed.
