It seems possible to run a periodic job to clean koji tasks started (by Zuul) more than 6 hours ago (timeout).
We can merge that PR https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs-config/pull-request/113 to do periodically the cleaning.

A job is now running every hour to clean stalled (started since more than the configured Zuul job timeout) koji build started by Zuul.
