When a Koji admin cancels a CI scratch build that hangs, it is marked as canceled in Koji. See e.g. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=83144733 -- the CI wrongly maeks the job as success - see e.g. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/prusa-slicer/c/89579806669b0dd90bc2f1b3b8f18d194496cc83?branch=rawhide
