#331 Enable CI for epel8 and epel9 pull requests
Opened by psss. Modified

Currently for epel8 and epel9 pull requests only scratch builds are executed. Please, enable testing as well. The following two pull requests can be used for testing:

  • https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tmt/pull-request/37 (epel8)
  • https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tmt/pull-request/38 (epel9)

Discussed this today with @msrb.

Testing Farm should support reasonable composes for testing these targets:

  • epel8 - CentOS-Stream-8
  • epel9 - CentOS-Stream-9

EPEL 9: Is this a duplicate of https://pagure.io/fedora-ci/general/issue/303 ?

EPEL 8: The CI used to work, is that a regression?

@churchyard he is complaining about Fedora CI, @psss btw zuul for epel 8 works, why you need Fedora CI?

My expectation was that both Fedora CI and Zuul should support both epel8 and epel9. @msrb, are the plans different? In any case, it would be nice to have documented what works where. Perhaps, on the pull requests page?

@psss We discussed this last week on a meeting and we would like to have only one CI for pull requests. Since C9S will have Zuul, it makes sense to have Zuul in Fedora as well.
