#347 Testing i686 and x86_64 packages to gether does not appear to work

https://osci-jenkins-1.ci.fedoraproject.org/job/fedora-ci/job/dist-git-pipeline/job/master/147821/testReport/(root)/tests/_plans_ci/ shows that i686 and x86_64 packages are not made available during test in matching versions:

Problem 1: package glibc-2.35-11.fc36.i686 requires glibc-common = 2.35-11.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both glibc-common-2.35-11.fc36.x86_64 and glibc-common-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64
  - package glibc-langpack-en-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64 requires glibc-common = 2.35-12.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best candidate for the job
 Problem 2: package glibc-2.35-11.fc36.i686 requires glibc-common = 2.35-11.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both glibc-common-2.35-11.fc36.x86_64 and glibc-common-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64
  - package glibc-gconv-extra-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64 requires glibc-common = 2.35-12.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package glibc-devel-2.35-11.fc36.i686 requires glibc = 2.35-11.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both glibc-2.35-11.fc36.x86_64 and glibc-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64
  - cannot install the best candidate for the job
 Problem 3: package glibc-devel-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64 requires glibc = 2.35-12.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package glibc-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64 requires glibc-common = 2.35-12.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package libstdc++-12.1.1-1.fc36.i686 requires ld-linux.so.2, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package libstdc++-12.1.1-1.fc36.i686 requires ld-linux.so.2(GLIBC_2.3), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package libstdc++-12.1.1-1.fc36.i686 requires libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.34), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package libstdc++-12.1.1-1.fc36.i686 requires libm.so.6, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package libstdc++-12.1.1-1.fc36.i686 requires libm.so.6(GLIBC_2.0), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package libstdc++-12.1.1-1.fc36.i686 requires libm.so.6(GLIBC_2.1), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package glibc-2.35-11.fc36.i686 requires glibc-common = 2.35-11.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package glibc-2.35-4.fc36.i686 requires glibc-common = 2.35-4.fc36, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both glibc-common-2.35-11.fc36.x86_64 and glibc-common-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64
  - cannot install both glibc-common-2.35-4.fc36.x86_64 and glibc-common-2.35-12.fc36.x86_64
  - cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - package glibc32-2.34.9000-36.2.fc36.x86_64 is filtered out by exclude filtering
