Hello.

In https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-setuptools_scm/pull-request/16 we have a Zuul job with rpm-scratch-build queued for ~12 hours.

https://fedora.softwarefactory-project.io/zuul/status indicates other jobs are stuck for 24+ hours.

Hi,

Our cloud provider got some troubles last Thursday and multiple jobs were affected by being stuck in the queue. It seems Zuul is sometime unable to recover when the cloud come back.

CI seems to process jobs as expected as of now.
