Thanks you for the report.

It seems the gateway (fm-gateway) that read the fedmsg bus and redirect to Zuul was in bad shape. The service has been restarted and I see Zuul processing changes now.

I've "recheck" the first three of the list.

The fm-gateway seems the be flaky these days. If that continue to happen I'll have a deeper look at it. Zuul is working fine by the way.

Isn't this a duplicate of #353?
