In https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python3.11/pull-request/81#comment-116109 the rpm-scratch-build-armv7hl job reports FAILURE. But there is no armv7hl on Fedora 37.

This is a follow-up for https://pagure.io/fedora-ci/general/issue/360 and https://pagure.io/fedora-ci/general/issue/322
