Zull did not rigger and "recheck" does nothing.

The fm-gateway was stuck so not fowarding event to Zuul. I've restarted it. It is working as expected now.

However for the this specific PR we don't have support for f39 branch yet: https://pagure.io/fedora-project-config/blob/master/f/FZCI.dhall/Branches.dhall

https://pagure.io/fedora-project-config/pull-request/289 adds F39.

Thanks @adamwill and @mvadkert for the changes, I have managed to land them and it seems it working as expected. This PR on f39 branch https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-gear/pull-request/65 triggered zuul jobs.

I close this issue. Please re-open if needed.
