blivet-gui is gated on fedora-ci.koji-build.tier0.functional, but the test apparently did not run against blivet-gui-2.4.2-2.fc39 , so this update is stuck: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-5600f2c280

can someone check why the test didn't run and fix it? thanks!

never mind, I know why: the update hasn't made -testing yet. I keep forgetting CI waits for that to trigger.
