https://fedora.softwarefactory-project.io/zuul/status currently says "Queue lengths: 3 events, 0 management events." - it said "2 events" just before I force-pushed that PR, so it seems the queue is stuck.

Yes there was an outage. That should be fixed now.

I close, please re-open if needed.
