Checking this results, Fedora CI is running rpmlint: 2.4.0, while there is version 2.5.0 in all supported Fedoras. It seems the worker still runs on F38 which is not supported for a while already.

This is likely related to #478

I'll propose an update for the jobs definition. Related issue https://pagure.io/fedora-ci/general/issue/483
