In https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2024-f19fd5f7e0, ansible-packaging's gating tests are not run despite them being configured in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ansible-packaging/blob/c7bca0022dd371a644bef82e0a7402a414188527/f/gating.yaml.

I took a shot at enabling this, but I'm not well versed in Jenkinsfile syntax so it may need some adjustments.
