Interestingly, I can see that https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rpmlint/pull-request/49 against the epel10 branch did successfully scratch build against epel10-candidate target, so I suspect this is a regex somewhere in the CI infrastructre that needs to be adjusted to account for EPEL minor version branches. I don't know where that would be, but if pointed in the right direction I'd be happy to send a PR.
