I've got this PR: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-virtualenv/pull-request/144#
The CI for epel 10.0 didn't run at all.

Probably it was when the whole Fedora-CI was down? But on a similar note, I do think though the epel 10.x vs 10.(x-1) might not be treated as expected.
