We should start triggering the jobs using FedoraMessaing instead of FedMsg provider.

Before we migrate the following issues have to be fixed:

https://github.com/jenkinsci/jms-messaging-plugin/issues/167

Issue #165 is fixed, but #167 remains opened

We should be all set now
