This was already defined on downstream, we need to open source it.

During the import we need to fix the artifact.id which is not unique currently.

Is this different from the pull request artifact we already have?

IN terms that this is a dist-git pull request :) we can use pull-request, but it is misleading, as I said in the beginning :)

Now I'm confused. What is preventing us to use it? If the existing pull-request message type is not usable for dit-git pull requests then let's rename it. I thought that was the original motivation for this new message type.

yes, I would rename it to dist-git-pr (meanding a pull request for Fedora or RHEL's dist-git)
