I had a PR ready for f30, but "This repo enforces that all commits are signed off by their author." stipped me filling it and I haven't noticed.

F29 is EOL but my Fedora 31 PRs are done over rawhide as well: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python39/pull-request/2
