Fix Facebook and Google+ social buttons on the page's footer to behave as expected.
While testing the three social buttons on the footer, two issues arose. The Facebook button does not work at all, and the Google+ button fails when the user is already logged in.
As observed in the following image, the Facebook social button does not do anything; it can be clicked, selected and nothing will happen.
Also, the Google+ button only works to login the user (not shown due to privacy), but after the user is logged in, it opens a new tab and immediately crashes, as shown on the attachment. @jflory7 @jonatoni please let me know the steps I need to take in order to work on this issue.
All three social buttons work properly.

I'm an outreachy applicant. I would like to work on this task.
Upon further inspection, I discovered that Firefox was blocking the scripts from executing because Content Blocking was enabled. Maybe a small warning informing the user would be appropriate, because it might not be obvious to them what is happening.
@mauaraujo the buttons works fine. We will not add a warning because it is clear the purpose of the social media buttons. I don't think we should add something regarding that.
