Download 106.patch

update the readme file to include how to create virtual environment and how to install requirement for your specific setting you wanna use and how to set settings.
This changes will be good for newcomers as it was a challenge to me when it comes to set up my development environment

@feisal These steps seem to contradict the Docker installation method. Did you use Docker when setting up your development environment?

You also changed more than the README in this pull request. Please only change the things you need to change for this pull request. This pull request cannot be merged for this reason. This introduces new changes like the debug toolbar and removing the duplicate button. This pull request should only change the README.

I recommend reading more about the git feature branch workflow. This workflow helps you manage multiple different changes at once, if you open multiple pull requests.
