We want everybody in the project can use our scripts so we need better docs

Hello @bt0dotninja . I showed interest in working on geofp. Initially I wrote a documentation in the README about the requirements, how to set-up and example usage with jupyter-notebook. I was about to make a PR but then I discovered that Pagure projects structure documentation differently from GitHub. How do you plan to structure the Docs?
