During the Python 3.12 rebuild, @adamwill reported the following dependency missing for the OpenQA tests:
Let's ensure such packages are either in critpath and/or that there is a openqa-test group we could test the next time.
The critpath groups effectively are the 'openQA test groups'. The thing missing here is that we're not making sure everything pulled into the installer environment by lorax in runtime-install.tmpl is part of a critical path group.
