Using procedure instead of list in libvirt user instructions
    refreshing POTs
    adding .tx to repo for convenience.
    
    When new files are added, do:
       `create-tx-configuration`
       `publican update-pot`
       `git add pot .tx`
       `git commit -m "refreshing POTs"
