To make it easier to create an Atomic Deskop variant with COSMIC, we'll need a comps group for it.

We can also start with a single group to make things easier, while we wait for applications to be packaged as Flatpaks as needed.

The end goal is to have a group that only includes the critical applications that must be installed in all cases (desktop environment + browser + file browser + archive manager + terminal + text editor) and another group that includes all the "optional" applications that could be packaged as Flatpaks.

Feel free to ping me for review once this is ready and we'll start the process to get Atomic Desktop images with COSMIC.

@siosm Thanks to @ngompa for assisting in review, we have some basic comp groups and an environment group for cosmic now! Let me know what I can do to help with spin planning :)
