#20 move the 404 page out of _images
Closed 6 years ago Opened 7 years ago by bex.

Put it in / as 404-main.html which will cause it to appear in /404.html.

Then ask infra to update the webserver config and delete the old _images file

This needs verification and is low priority.

Where is Apache config for docs-fp-o? Shouldn't it be in this repository?

Does Apache come in Fedora or does it come with a 3rd party Repo like RPM Fusion?

https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/docs-fp-o/pull-request/73 copies _images/404.html to the root.

Pagure 3.13.2 didn't link PR here.

I'll add a comment in the PR. Can you put your process of steps here so that we can offer advice if needed?

Steps to close this ticket:

  1. copy _images/404.html to the root
  2. update Apache configuration somewhere at https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/tree/
  3. ask somewhere to redeploy Ansible configuration
  4. remove _images/404.html
  5. close the ticket

I believe that hte 404 page needs to be renamed in the repo based on the link I posted in the PR.

I like your process otherwise.

This bug is related to asciibinder as we have moved to antora.
