In this page https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/ in the "Leadership and Governance" paragraph, the link "Fedora Council" points to https://fedoraproject.org/council/charter.html that doesn't exist and it automatically redirects to https://getfedora.org/

I've pushed a fix that I think makes this work as https://pagure.io/Fedora-Council/council-docs/c/5c623ce5f9b6c9d7a03834b0a3fcb0dacfb04561?branch=master

this should be live on docs.stg.fedorarproject.org in about 10 min.

I've also opened a ticket with fedora-websites about the 404 having a redirect on it. https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/issue/860

Closing as this appears fixed on stage.
