The Fedora Council updated the default content license. Commit cddd361 implements this. However, due to #44 I can't build the update myself. Please build and deploy this ASAP.
I copied the file containing the footer text to the supplemental-ui in the main repo (see commit)
This makes the change visible before we resolve #44
