I would open a PR but not sure what link to use instead (or if link is needed).

Thank you for reporting this.
Fedmsg is in the process of being replaced with a different solution,
so finding a working and useful link will get more and more difficult over time.

I found fedmsg.readthedocs.io, which is maybe a bit developer centric,
but still documents the right thing.
So I created #112, which I will merge shortly unless somebody has a better link in mind.
