Currently, Package Maintenance Guide stops when the package builds locally in Mock, Koji scratch build succeeds and rpmlint does not give any errors. The resulting package is not actually tested. Add instructions for doing that. A good approach is to use Distrobox Rawhide container and run the package there. See this comment for earlier discussion.
