Bugzilla section wasn't in Quick Docs previously.

where should this be moved to?
I remember the bugzilla was all the way down the menu. @pboy, once the menu is transitioned to tag/category, the position of each section shouldn't matter. Any comments?
Also assigning to pboy for the moment, we can re-assign/split tasks once we know what to do here.
