Updated the major versions base from 37 to 38 to fix the dnf upgrade page.
Dang I didn't see this and created #587 . Thanks for already taking care about it, still I think merging my PR and closing this might be beneficial because I improved some more stuff around the versions. (I'll rebase my PR in case this gets merged so if any of those could be merged asap this would be nice!)
