Some files under servers where not solving the macros, because entities.adoc where not included. This PR include them. It was tested locally.

Can you rework this PR? For example, the FTP.adoc is included in the file File_and_Print_Servers.adoc which already includes the entities. So we don't need to add them twice.

Can you review this to eliminate those kinds of duplications. Once you are done, can you do a similar patch for f27?
